Who we are

This website, adam.gives (the "site"), and the offers listed on it are operated by Anchor Marianas LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company founded by Adam Pang in the United States. You can reach us at adam@anchormarianas.com.

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting the site, ordering an offer, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our services.

What we offer

The site presents two kinds of items. Gifts are free tools and resources offered with no purchase required. Offers are paid services, such as landing pages, web app builds, lead lists, licenses, care plans, and pilots, each shown with an upfront price. The description on each card is a summary, not the full scope. The exact scope of a paid engagement is agreed in writing between you and us before work begins.

Orders and payment

Paid offers are purchased through Stripe, our third party payment processor, or by arrangement over email. Prices are shown in US dollars and are due at the time of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not store your full card details. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

Subscriptions

Some offers, such as a monthly care plan, renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time by emailing us before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and does not refund a period already started unless we agree otherwise.

Delivery, timelines, and refunds

Where an offer states a delivery window or a refund promise, that promise applies as written on the card at the time of your order. Delivery timelines assume you provide the content, access, and feedback we need on time. If a stated deadline is missed for reasons within our control, the refund terms shown on that offer apply. Outside of a stated promise, fees for work already performed are non refundable.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to hold the rights to any material you send us, and to use anything we deliver in a lawful way. You are responsible for your own accounts, hosting, and third party services unless we agree in writing to manage them for you.

Intellectual property

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you once payment is complete. We keep ownership of our own pre existing tools, templates, and know how, and we may reuse general skills and non confidential techniques on other projects. The site itself, including its text, layout, and images, remains our property.

Free gifts

Gifts are provided as is, at no cost, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. They come with no service commitment.

Disclaimers

The site and our services are provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or ranking result. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an offer is limited to the amount you paid us for that offer in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

Third party links and services

The site links to third party websites and uses third party tools such as Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and Cal.com for scheduling. We are not responsible for the content or practices of services we do not control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state or territory in which Anchor Marianas LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its last updated date, is the current one. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
